By downloading, installing, or using TetherShot (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Software.
2. License
The Software is licensed, not sold, under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute it subject to that license, which is incorporated here by reference. In short: do what you like, keep the copyright notice, and there's no warranty.
3. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. 5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the Software. Only capture screens of devices you own or are authorized to access, and comply with all applicable laws and the policies of any device or account involved. Do not use the Software to violate anyone's privacy or rights.
6. Third-party software
TetherShot interoperates with third-party and open-source components, including pymobiledevice3, libimobiledevice, and npm. Those components are governed by their own licenses and terms, which you are responsible for reviewing. The Software also depends on Apple frameworks and developer interfaces; your use of Apple software remains subject to Apple's terms.
7. Trademarks
